Shipping & Delivery
As a company that maintains its own warehousing facilities, we arrange for direct shipment from our premises immediately upon receiving your order. Typically, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your geographic location; you can track the real-time progress of your package at any time using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.

Return & Exchange Policy
If the aromatherapy products you receive are damaged, missing, or suffer from quality defects, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. Due to the unique nature of aromatherapy products—and to ensure that every customer receives items that are brand new and pristine—products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in a resalable condition are generally not eligible for “no-questions-asked” returns or exchanges. If your return qualifies for a refund, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your original payment account.
